Shining Jharkhand is a voluntary Non-Government organization, which is effectively working for the children and women belonging to poor and marginalized communities in Upper Chutia, Ranchi, Jharkhand. We focus on assisting and helping all children and women to cater to the needs of basic education of which they are deprived because of their background or social restrictions. Since its inception, our NGO has focused on Education, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood creation in Jharkhand. Our overall goal is the empowerment of girls and women from poor and less privileged communities, thereby improving their lives and livelihoods.
